In dark times, remember …

… it’s okay to feel empty,

it’s okay to feel sad,

it’s okay to feel lonely, to feel lost, to feel exhausted,

angry, tense, at the depth of despair.

It’s okay to feel nothing at all.

May you hold yourself during these times.

May you give space to your emotions.

Remember…

…they are wise and are not going to kill you.

It’s okay to let the tears stream down your face.

It’s okay to keep them inside you when they are not ready to leave you.

Remember…

…good times will pass, but so will dark times.

And so will follow bright times again in this circle of life.

May you remember…

…that you are a precious soul,

no matter whether times are dark or bright.
