ZETA Movement ambassadors are young people who have suffered from mental health disorders themselves and are now in an advanced stage of recovery. They follow a training course designed and led by Prof. Dr. Stefanie Schmidt, an expert in clinical psychology of childhood and adolescence at the University of Bern. Thanks to this training, the ambassadors learn to tell their own experiences to younger adults in order to establish a sincere and equal dialogue with them on the topic of mental health.

ZETA Ambassadors for Mental Health is aimed at all those who work closely with young people. Our ambassadors are available for visits to schools but also to sports associations, scout movements, youth centers, ...

Contact us via email if you are interested in the project, to book a visit or if you want to know more about how the visit of one of our ambassadors is structured!
