It's okay not to be okay
"ZETA Movement" is a project by adolescents for adolescents and young adults that aims to break the cycle of stigma and silence surrounding mental illness in Switzerland. The association aims to combat this by educating young people about mental health issues and telling their own life stories.
The core idea is to create a movement in which "ambassadors"-young people who are at an advanced stage of recovery-can honestly share their personal experiences with mental health issues. Our goal is to be active in schools and other youth-related organizations.
Do you want to help us reach our goals and get an active voice in the General Assembly?
